For Instructors to Share a Laptop Screen:
- Download the Cisco Proximity App on your laptop ( https://proximity.cisco.com/)
- Open the Proximity App
- The Proximity App should detect the video conference unit and automatically begin pairing.
- When your desktop app is connected to a room device, click the device name on the bottom of your space list.
- Click Share Screen.
- Select whether you want to share the entire screen or only one of the open applications.
- To stop sharing, click the Stop Sharing button on the top of your laptop screen.
